  • All kettlebell classes are 45 minutes and most are designed for the beginner.
  • First timers interested in joining Iron Core must take a Start Me Up Class before attending regular group classes (unless you can demonstrate proficieny with the 5 basics). After that, you can attend one group class free of charge
  • See all class descriptions.
