Bosu Warm Up/Joint Mobility
Circuit for Time – 30 seconds with 30 seconds rest in between exercises
Swings (2 handed)
Renegade Lunges
Pushups – Various forms each round
Alternating Swings
Suit Case Dead Lift
Sea Saw Presses
