Personal Training
All of Iron Core's kettlebell instructors are RKC certified and have between 3,000 and 10,000 contact hours of kettlebell teaching experience. Whether your goal is to lose body fat, improve tone in your muscles, gain strength or flexibility, our many years of experience teaching kettlebell training ensures you will find success with our program.
In addition to being expert kettlebell instructors, Iron Core's team has advanced credentials in such areas as Z-Health, Functional Movement Screen, Sport Specific Training, Special Population Training, Yoga and Nutrition.
