Kettlebell Foundation Course

Our Kettlebell Foundation Course consists of two classes, and must be taken before joining Iron Core's group kettlebell classes. Each Kettlebell Foundation class will teach you the fundamental kettlebell exercises to prepare you thoroughly for our fast paced and challenging group classes. If you are proficient in the basics, you do not need to take the Kettlebell Foundation Course. However, you must make an appointment with one of our certified instructors to demonstrate your ability. The Kettlebell Foundation Course is also available as a one-on-one course.
