Warm-up:
· Crunches – 2 Minutes
Circuit 3 sets, each exercise 30 seconds with 10-15 seconds rest
between each exercise and 1 minute rest between each set:
1. Push-Up – Shoulder Tap
2. Swing
3. Squat – Press (right)
4. Squat – Press (left)
5. Sidestep Swing
6. Jumping Jacks
7. One-Arm Renegade Row (right)
8. One-Arm Renegade Row (left)
Ending Set:
· Snatch V02 Max: 15 seconds on, 15 seconds rest for 5 minutes
