Strength Endurance Progression 1 with Os Aponte, RKC, CK-FMS

This three-part strength endurance progression series was the culmination of a twelve-week cycle that helped clients progress from doing three, 5 minute sets during the first four weeks, to one continuous set by the last four weeks. In weeks five to eight, the focus was two 7 1/2 minute sets.
Please note, ladies are encouraged to work with at least 25 pounds and men are encouraged to start with 35 pounds. If you are able to complete a week of these workouts with perfect form while adhering to the times demanded by the workout, progress to the next size kettlebell. We stress perfect form and full sets at combat speed. No sloppy movement is allowed.
Our recommendation is to try each work out once leaving a day in between. Try Monday, Wednesday and Friday and take the weekend off and come back Monday to perform each progression for a week. On week four perform all three progressions. At this point it would be wise to switch to a strength phase for a few weeks before doing this program again.
