The Iron Core Boot Camp workout is pure Kettlebells! No sit-ups or push-ups are required. This 25-minute workout will test your mettle as you sweat through 4 rounds of 5 exercises - only setting the kettlebell down when you have completed a full round.

Lurie is the author of Kettlebells For Dummies (Wiley Publishing, June 2010) and owner of Iron Core Kettlebell Strength and Conditioning. During the filming of Iron Core Boot Camp, Lurie was 3 months pregnant with her second child.
Iron Core Boot Camp is for intermediate to advanced students who have mastered the basics and are able to use a challenging size kettlebell. Women should use 8kg or 12 kg (18 or 26 pound) kettlebells and men should use 12kg or 16kg (26 or 35 pound) kettlebells. This DVD assumes you know the kettlebell basics from Kettlebells The Iron Core Way, Volume 1 and Volume 2 and does not include an instructional section or a warm up.
