Warm Up-Walking Swings
Circuit:
Heavy Swings -2 handed 10 reps
Right Arm Press 10 reps
Left Arm Press 10 reps
Bosu Chest Press 2 KB
Right Arm Row 10 reps
Left Arm Row 10 reps
Front Squat 10 reps
after 3 rounds- 60 snatches. 30 per arm. Trade hands after 20 reps per arm without setting it down till 60.

The snatches at the end were the icing on the cake. Thank you for all your archived workouts, killin’ it in Vacaville, Doug Campbell. 50 yrs old, 5′ 8″ 157 lbs. Started kettlebell with a trainer at Golds gym vacaville 13 months ago, 188 lbs. and bored with traditional weight training. Thanks again have been using your workouts for 4 months now along with KB classes. Love being leaner and able to move like a younger man.
