Warm Up Joint Mobility-Windmills x 5 each side

Circuit:

Swings 10 reps
Squat Jumps 15 reps
Snatches R 10 reps
Snatches L 10 reps
Double Clean & Squat 5 reps
Sea Saw Press 10 reps
Suitcase Deadlifts 10 reps
Alternating Swings 10 reps
Front Squat 10 reps
Burpees 10 reps

Stretch – Circuit is designed for 3 rounds.
