Snatches R
Bosu Mountain Climbers
Snatches L
Bosu Up and Overs
Alternating Swings
Bosu Push Ups
Right Arm Clean & Press
Bosu Snap Ups
Left Arm Clean & Press
Bosu Burpee

Finish with Renegade Lunges 3 sets of 12
