Bosu Pulses with 2 KB
Alternating Swings
Bosu Russian Twists
Lunge to Halo Combo
X 2
Swings
Planks
Right Snatch
Plank R leg up
Left Snatch
Plank L Leg Up
X 2
Stretch Bands or Body Weight
