Warm Up Tabata Swings 5 rounds
Workout:
2 KB Clean and Jerk- 30 seconds
Snatches – alternate sides each rep- 1 minute
Bent over rows- 30 seconds
Snatches- alternate sides each rep- 1 minute
Double KB Squats- 30 seconds
Snatches- alternate sides each rep- 1 rep
2 KB Swings- 30 seconds
Snatches- alternate sides each rep- 1 rep
Complete 2 rounds
Finish with Tabata Squats- 5 rounds
(Tabata= 20 seconds on 10 seconds off)
