Light jogging in place
Body weight squats
Downward dog to press flow on BOSU
Alt suitcase deadlift X 10
One leg deadlift X 10 (right&Left)
One legged press X 5 (right&left)
Step behind swing or squat flip clean X 20
Circuit is designed for 4 rounds. 30 seconds on 20 seconds off.
