Warm up:

J/M Body weight

Circuit:

Swings X 20
Tactical lunge X 10
Pushups X 5,10,15
One legged deadlift
Double cleans
Renegade rows
Jump lunge
Suitcase deadlift

Circuit is designed for 3 rounds. 30 seconds on 20 seconds off except where reps are specified.
