Warm up:

Balance drills

Circuit:

Deck squats
Push n reach
Swings
Alt press
Squat slingshot
Bosu hyper ext.
Supine bike
Double cleans
Farmers walk (1 lap)
Bear walk (no bells)

Circuit is designed for 3 rounds. 30 seconds on 20 seconds rest.
