Warm Up with Z Neural warmup and 3 rounds of Jump Rope (45 second rounds)
Circuit
Clean, Snatch, Overhead Squat L/R x 5
10 – 2 arm swings
Clean, Snatch, Lunge with kb locked out overhead L/R x 5
10- Alternating Swings
Repeat circuit 5 times with no rest in between exercises, but 2 minutes rest between circuits
Ab work
Med ball slams
complete 5 30 second rounds
Stretch.

Wow – this was a good one. I’m assuming you do a clean, then do a snatch, keep the bell in the air while you do your squat / and then your kick? That was super hard – enjoyed it. I could only make it through 4 sets.
Oh – also – still trying to figure out what a Z Neural warmup is? I can’t find it on the net. Thanks -
