Warm Up-Snatches 30 reps per arm trading after 10 reps per arm.
Circuit:
Swings R
Diagonal squat to Lift R
Left Arm Swing
Diagonal squat to Lift L
2 KB Clean and Press (Clean each time)
Renegade Rows
Ab crusher – v-up jacknife combo
Modified Bosu Twist (Twist and shout drill)
Circuit is for time: 30 seconds on 20 seconds rest. If time do bosu ab drills.
