Circuit:
Swing -Catch-Dragon Twist combo 8 reps
Bosu Push Ups 10 reps
Right Arm Clean to Lunge Combo 8 reps
Left Arm Clean to Lunge Combo 8 reps
Bosu Hops 20 reps
Swings 20 reps
2 KB Seated Row to Double Clean to Double Snatch Combo 6 to 8 reps
Circuit is designed for 3 rounds.
