Renegade Rows
Snatches Left
Renegade Rows
Snatches Right
2 Arm Swing
2 KB Clean & Press
2 KB Single Leg Dead Lift

Circuit is for time 30 seconds on 20 to 30 seconds rest for 3 rounds.
