Warm Up- Punch Up Sit Ups 5, 4, 3
Swings
Kettlebell Planks
Bosu Hops (If there are not enough Bosu’s Jump Squats)
Right Front Squat to Press
Left Fron Squat to Press
Alternating Swings
Bosu V-Ups (Or KB floor V-Ups if client can’t perform the drill or we don’t have enough Bosu’s).
Gladiator Push Ups

Swings
Alternating Floor Presses
Hot Potatos
Burpees
Snatches Left
Snatches Right
V-up Ab Crusher Combo
Abs-Planks 3 rounds.
Circuit was for time.
30 seconds on 20 seconds rest for 3 rounds.
