Warm Up-Snatch to windmill 5 each side

2 KB Clean

2 KB Swing

2 KB Snatch

2 KB Clean-Swing-Snatch

2 rounds

Gladiator Push Ups

Jump Squats

Mountain Climbers

Burpees

2 rounds

Stretch

Circuit is for time 30 seconds on 20 seconds rest for a total of 4 rounds. If  there is time-Ab work.
