I am new to the kettleball workouts and I wanted to see if there is a way to find out what each work out is and how it is done?? I love the posting of the class I am just not sure what the items listed mean. Any help that is given would be great.
I am new to this..I have the volume 2 DVD but I am not familiar with all of your exercises. I live in Minnesota so am unable to take your classes. How can I learn about all the variations of exercises you use on your blog so I can do them at home?
