Warm Up-High Pull-Snatch-Windmill Combo 5 each side

Alternating Floor Presses
Single Leg Dead Lift Row Combo R
Single Leg Dead Lift Row Combo L
Swings
Pushups
Alternating Swings
Planks
Burpees

If time remains at the end-Abs
Stretch
Circuit is for time 30 seconds on with 20 seconds rest.
