Swings

Clean & Press Right side

Alternating Swings

Clean & Press Left Side

V-up Russian Twist Combo

Clean & Squat Right

Push Ups-Gladiators

Clean & Squat Left

Stretch

Circuit is for time 30 seconds on 20 seconds rest.
