Warm Up-Turkish Get Up X 3 each side-Abs

Swings (2 Handed)

Clean & Press Right Side

Alternating Swings

Clean & Press Left Side

Right Swing

Clean & Front Squat Right

Left Swing

Clean & Front Squat Left

Stretch

Circuit is 3 rounds for time. 30 Seconds on 20 seconds rest.
