Joint Mobility

Warm up 5 windmills each side

2 Handed Swings

Bosu Hops

Floor Presses

Bosu Mountain Climbers

Swing-High Pull-Snatch Combo L

Bosu Boxer Crunches

Swing High-High Pull-Snatch Combo R

Bosu Russian Twists (No weight)

KB front Squat

Bosu Burpee

Stretch

Circuit is for time: 30 seconds on 20 to 30 seconds rest for 3 rounds.
