Circuit
2 Handed Swings
Snatches Left Arm
Snatches Right Arm
Bent over rows
Alternating floor presses
Split jump body weight drill
V-ups
Stretch with bands
Circuit was for time 30 seconds on 20 to 30 seconds rest.
3 rounds for circuit.
