Circuit

2 Handed Swings

2 Kettlebell Swings

2 Kettlebell Press

2 Kettlebell Clean & Press

2 Kettlebell Clean & Squat

2 Kettlebell Clean & Squat & Press Combo

Renegade Rows

Stretch

Circuit was for time 30 seconds on 20 seconds rest.

3 rounds for circuit.
