Circuit for reps
Burpee/Clean/Squat/Snatch x 5 L/R
x 3 sets
Lunge with Overhead Press x 5 L/R
x 3 sets
Single Leg Deadlift/Row combo x 6 L/R
x 3 sets
Side Stepping Swings for time (20 seconds)
superset with Russian Twist
x 4 sets
Cool Down / Stretch
