Clean
Swing
Snatch
Clean/Swing/Snatch
Repeat for 2 sets
Renegade Row
Yoga Pumps
2 Arm Swing
Repeat for 2 sets
Double Clean
Seasaw Press
Double Clean/Seasaw Press
Repeat for 2 sets
Cool Down/Stretch
