Iron Core Kettlebell Class Circuit, January 29, 2007

Warm Up with Yoga pumps and TGU (4 L/R)
Circuit for time- 30 seconds with 30 seconds rest in between exercises
Alternating Snatch
Burpee/Clean/Squat Combo
Side Stepping Swing
Renegade Row
Yoga Pumps
Repeat for 3 sets
Cool Down
Stretch
