Warm Up with jog, high knees, and various
5 minutes of TGU- switch sides each rep
Circuit
Two Kettlebell Front Squats x 8
10 2 arm Swings
Repeat for 4 sets
Overhead Squats L/R x 5
10 2 Arm Swings
Repeat for 3 sets
2 minutes of various swing combinations without putting kettlebell down
Cool Down and Stretch
