two arm swings
pushups with feet (or knees) on the Bosu
military press
up and overs
dragon twist
snap ups
renegade row
mountain climbers
suitcase dead lift
back extension on bosu
(30 secs on 30 secs off)
Repeat circuit 3 to 4 times.
Stretch
