Windmills 4 x1
Ladders:
Swing with Hop- oh these hurt – 10, 20, 30- alternate sides each time when hop
Squat and Press- 5, 10, 12- that is each side
Dragon Twists- 10, 15, 20
Deck Squats- 5, 10, 15
2 Arm Swings- 10, 20, 30
Cool down
