5 min Get-ups
Ladders – alternating sets with a partner
Clean + Front Squat + Push Press x ladders of 1,2,3,4,5 complete 2 ladders
Clean + Swing + Snatch x ladders of 1,2,3,4,5 complete 2 ladders
Burpee ladder of 5,10,15
Stretch
