20 Renegade Lunges
20 Alternating Swings
5 supersets of 2KB – See Saw Press x 10 + Front Squat x 10
5 supersets of 2KB – Renegade Row x 10 (5 each arm) + Single Leg Deadlift 10 (5 each leg)
Take 45 seconds to one minute rest between sets
Alternating swings x 2 minutes
Stretch
