Warm Up with BOSU
3 sets of 5 each side sideward snatch (this looks like a snatch and an overhead squat in one fluid movement- as you snatch, push the hips back and reach for the ground with your opposite hand)
3 sets of 5 each side Gladiator Press
Circuit- perform 3 sets with 1 minute rest between exercises
Turkish Get Up/Windmill/Overhead Squat- 3 reps each side
Alternating Sideward Swing- 20 reps
Burpee/Clean/Squat/Push Up (2 kettlebells)- 5 reps
1 legged Renegade Row- lift the opposite leg that is rowing- 8 reps each side
Cheat Curls- 10 reps
Clean/Squat/Catch/Snatch (2 kettlebells)- 3 to 5 reps
Alternating Sideward Swing- 20 reps
Double Bottoms Up Press- 8 reps
Alternating Sideward Swing- 20 reps
Cool Down
Stretch
