Ladders – working with a partner – ladders of reps from 1 thru 5 alternating partners
2/KB military press – x 2 ladders of 1,2,3,4,5
Renegade Row x 2 ladders of 1,2,3,4,5 (reps are done for each arm)
2/KB Front squat x 2 ladders of 1,2,3,4,5
Two arm swings x 2 ladders of 5,10,15,20
Stretch
