Windmill x 5
20 alternating swings
Secret Service Snatch Test – 10 minutes – switch hands as often as you like and you can set the bell down – count total reps for the 10 minutes
then
Renegade Lunge x 30 sec. – 30 sec rest – Russian Twist 30 seconds – repeat sequence 5 times
Stretch
