10 Alternating swings + 20 Renegade Lunges + 10 alternating swings + 20 Alternating swings
10 Clean and Press R + 20 Alternating swings + 10 Clean and Press L + 20 Alternating swings
10 Single Leg DL R + 20 Alternating swings + 10 Single leg DL L + 20 Alternating swings
