Warm Up various JM and BOSU work
Turkish Get Up- 5 each side
Circuit
10 – 1 arm cleans each side
4 sets of 5 each side (take about 30 seconds rest between sets)
Clean/Lunge combination
4 sets of 8 each side (take about 30 seconds rest between sets)
1 arm press/drop step lunge combo (bring the kb into the rack before performing the lunge portion)
7 sets of timed 1 arm snatches- begin with 30 seconds an arm, then 25, then 20, then 15, then 20, 25, 30 (no rest between L/R)
Take 20 seconds rest between sets
Cool Down
Stretch
