1 minute rest
10 Push Ups

10 Push Ups

1 minute rest
10 Jump Squats (BW)
20 Alternating Swings
10 Jump Squats
20 Alternating Swings
1 minute rest
10 Burpees
20 Alternating Swings
10 Burpees
20 Alternating Swings
1 minute rest
10 Snatches L/R
1 minute rest
20 Snatches L/R
AB Circuit
5 Punch Up Sit Ups each side
Hold Plank for 1 minute
Cool Down/ Stretch
