Warm Up with Bear Crawls- about 25 feet
Combine a walking lunge with a Windmill – about 25 feet (5 reps) each side
Bear Crawl with a push up in between each rep- about 25 feet
With two kettlebells – Bear Crawl, jump forward (so the kettlebells are by your heels), Double Clean/Squat/Press- about 25 feet (5 reps)
Two kettlebells walking lunge to single leg deadlift- 25 feet each leg
Dynamic Split Snatch (lunge back as you snatch- same arm that snatches lunges back) to finish hop forward- so you will be moving forward each rep- about 25 feet (5 reps)
Bear Crawl to Double Clean – 25 feet
100 swings with medium size weight- any combo of swings
5/4/3/2 punch up sit ups each side
Cool Down/ Stretch
