Iron Core Class Circuit October 19, 2005

Warm Up- Joint Mobility and BOSU work
5 Turkish Get Up and Windmill Combo- each side
Circuit
Supersets- You need two pair of Kettlebells- one your normal size and one size heavier.
For the normal size bells do 8 reps and the heavier ones do 4 reps. Begin with the heavier bells
Burpee/Double Clean/Squat/Push Press – perform 10 sets total (5 with each weight)
Minimal rest between exercises and sets.
10 sets of varied swings- two arm, alternating, left, right, walking (alternating)- Repeat to have a total of 10 sets.
The swings are timed sets – 30 seconds with 30 seconds rest between sets.
Cool Down
Stretch.
You should be able to complete this circuit in 40 to 45 minutes.
