Warm Up on the BOSU
Technique work- bottoms up clean
Circuit
5 each side-burpee/swing/clean/snatch
5 each side- two kettlebells- burpee/clean/squat/press
10 suitcase deadlifts supersetted with 10 bent over rows (both with two kettlebells)
20 alternating swings
10 snatches each side
20 alternating swings
5 each side- clean/squat/press
Try to complete 3 circuits with 30 seconds to 1 minute in between exercises
