Warm Up with Windmills- 5 sets of 4 each side
Swings and Snatches- this workout should take about 30-45 minutes
10 sets of 25 to 50 Two Arm Swings
10 sets of 10 to 20 Snatches (5 to 10 each side)
2 sets of 25 Snap Downs on BOSU or Crunches
Cool Down
Stretch
Vary the intensity by using different size kettlebells – go heavier than normal. For example, in general I use a 16 kg- but for this workout I used a 24 kg for the swings and a 20 kg for the snatches.
