Warm Up and Technique Work- Overhead Squat
Circuit from Lisa Shaffer’s Kettlebell Workbook
Do 3 to 4 sets with about 30 seconds or less in between exercises and 1 minute rest between sets
5 snatches with the left
Dragon Walk with kettlebell in rack about 8 to 10 times
5 snatches with the right
Dragon Walk with kettlebell in rack about 8 to 10 times
5 Clean to Press with the left
Walking Lunges with Kettlebell in the rack about 8 to 10 times
5 Clean to Press with the right
Walking Lunges with kettlebell in the rack about 8 to 10 times
5 Front Squats- hold kettlebell by horns or in the rack
Walking swing with the left arm- about 8 to 10 steps
5 Fronts Squats
Walking Swing with the right arm- about 8 to 10 steps
Ab Work
5 Punch Up Sit Ups each side
10 Crunches to the center squeezing kettlebell between feet
Elbow to Knees for 30
Stretch
